Most of Playa's activities involve water:

to enjoy the great waters and excellent diving conditions;

main activities visitor to Playa de Carmen often enjoy.
Playa, located some 60 km south of Cancun, is not only the
perfect place to study and relax, but also an ideal base from
which to explore the myriad of attractions in the area: Cozumel,
Cancun and all of the fabulous archaeological sites in the
area, such as Chichen Itza, Mexico's most extensively restored
archaeological site and one of the most awe-inspiring archaeological
places in the world.
Other great activities include visiting the aviary, the caves
and cenotes and going on day trips to some of Playa’s
