English Camps in Boston for Kids - Activities

Recreation in Boston
  • Welcome party, sports, international student parties
  • 1 supervised full-day excursion per 2 weeks of courses
  • 2 supervised full-day excursions per 3 weeks of courses

Boston has earned the nickname of "the Athens of America" by being the home of more than 100 colleges and universities, but of course there is a lot more to do here than studying! The city is filled with a rich history, interesting architecture, equisite cuisine, Irish-American culture, festivals, concerts and much more!

On the weekends, our staff members (teamers) will organize and supervise exciting excursions so you can get to know the area better. There are many places to visit, such as the famous Fenway Park, Copley Square and the Black Bay District.

Besides being known for its universities, Boston is one of the biggest "sports towns" in the world. The people of Boston are more dedicated to their local professional sports teams than any other city. You'll see swarms of people wearing their team's colors on gameday and all throughout the season. You may even notice the atmosphere of the city changes based on whether the 'home' team wins or loses! Going to a sporting event with your classmates could be a great opportunity for you to make new friends and have fun practicing the English language!

Please note that the activities from our sample week are only examples.
