Also forming a prominent part of Cuban art is the work produced by Cuba’s exiled artists. They are mainly to be found in the U.S.A. and Paris, although several also live in Mexico and Madrid. The art produced by these artists is very varied and blends a mixture of past and future contexts. There are those that left Cuba and those who, while born outside Cuba, carry within them their ancestral roots. They all have made and still make important contributions to Cuban Art.
