Geographical Location
Our school is in the middle of a field of orange trees, which creates a very relaxing atmosphere. It is the only region-wide surrounded by gardens and malls, where there are also classrooms and apartments for students.
Many of the classes are given under the shade of orange, which gives an idea of a relaxed and tranquil atmosphere of the school. The beach and downtown are just a few minutes walk from the school.

Learn how to prepare a full menu every day: pasta, vegetable dishes typical of the Calabrian kitchen ... One of our highlights is the variety of ways to prepare fish: baked, marinated, grilled ... Creativity knows no bounds! Depending on the season, learn how to cook swordfish or tuna, a real delight for your senses. The courses are taught by expert local Italian chefs.
