You will share a 3, 4 or 5 room apartment with language students from different countries. The shared flat is part of our concept of communicative learning and provides you with the opportunity to enjoy your free time activities (excursions, theater and cinema) with other students. If you communicate with your flat mates in Spanish, you will quickly and almost effortlessly improve your language skills.

All the apartments offer the choice of single and double rooms. Bed linen is provided, but please bring your own towels. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. The accommodation is self-catering, however Sprachcaffe organizes basic cleaning.

We offer 3 types of apartment of differing level of comfort; they vary in their equipment, location and cleaning service. The apartments with a higher comfort level offer a better location and are furnished to a higher standard. Cleaning is more frequent each week in these apartments. Our options:
