The afternoon course at our Brighton Sprachcaffe / Languages PLUS school is available at all levels. All language areas are practised during the Afternoon English classes: reading and writing, speaking and listening, and development of grammar skills and vocabulary. Students joining these classes are assessed to determine their level then allocated to an appropriate class.

Our English Afternoon Course classes in Brighton contain on max. 18 students, who come from a wide range of countries and create an international atmosphere in the class.

This course type is the perfect compromise between learning the language and enjoying your free time. The structure of the Afternoon Course resembles that of the Semi-Intensive Course. Three hours per day guarantee effective learning, and are particularly convenient for students who work during the morning or for those who want to explore their surroundings or enjoy other extra-curricular activities in the early hours of the day.

• Classes: 3 hours per day, 5 course days per week
• Minimum age: 18 years old; 16-17 accepted with parental or guardian authorization
• Levels: basic, intermediate, advanced
• Starting dates: throughout the year

The four 45 minute lessons that you will have each day are as follows:

• 1 lesson - grammar and vocabulary exercises
• 1 lesson - conversation
• 2 lessons - reading, understanding texts, listening, writing
