Here's how to go from Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) to the city:
The buses leave from the airport's terminal and most of them go to downtown L.A. like the Metropolitan Express driving all the way to the centre and the Union Station; also Culver City, Santa Monica Big Blue Bus and Torrance Transit.
The train services run from the airport's terminal and are free of charge, leaving every 12 - 15min from 04:30h till 23:00h.
The airport of Los Angeles is well connected with the city by metro. It is a Green Line route and you can get on it at the Norwalk station all the way to Redondo Beach. To get to the centre of L.A. it is better to switch for a Blue Line route instead of Green at the Imperial-Wilmington station and travel in the direction of Metro Centre.
