The residence is part of our concept of communicative learning and provides you with the opportunity to enjoy your free time activities (excursions, theater and cinema) with other students. If you communicate with your flat mates in Spanish, you could quickly and almost effortlessly improve your language skills.

The residence is located near the school only a few subway stations away. The residence offer the choice of single and double rooms. Bed linen is provided, but please bring your own towels. Course participants share the bathroom with other students. The residence offers full board however there is limited access to food on weekends and public holidays.
