The airports closest to your Language School in Paris are the international airports of Charles de Gaulle and Orly. The following airlines sell flights to one of the mentioned airports (among others):
From Charles de Gaulle International Airport to Paris
The airport Charles de Gaulle is only 23 km away from Paris, located in the northwest of the French capital, and is well connected to the city by train and bus.
- By train: Roissy RER leaves from Terminal 1 and 2 (there are shuttle buses from each terminal to the RER stop) and goes to the metro stations “Gare du Nord”, “Châtelet” and “St. Michel” in the city center of Paris.
- By bus: The “Roissybus” links Terminal 2 to the Opera house, right in the center of Paris with connections to different metro lines. Travel time is about 50 min. Daily departures are every 15 minutes from 6 am to 7 pm and every 20 minutes from 7 pm to 11 pm. The shuttle tickets can be purchased on the bus, from ticket machines or from RATP counters.
- By taxi: A taxi to the school will cost you about EUR 60 (depending on the time of day).
From Orly International Airport to Paris
The airport Orly is only 14km away from the city and you can choose to travel by train or by bus.
- By train: If you take the train, you will have to take the shuttle train to Antony, then switch to the RER B. The Orlyval departs daily from 6 am to 11 pm, the travel time is 40 minutes. Your ticket can be bought from Orlyval agencies at the terminals.
- By bus: The bus goes to Denfert-Rochereau RER station. It departs daily every 20 minutes from about 6 am to 11 pm. Tickets can be bought on the bus or from ticket offices at the airport. Travel time is 30 minutes on average. For further information please take a look at www.ratp.fr
