The Da Vinci airport in Italy is 32km away from Rome, and is easily accessible thanks to the public transport. You can go to the center of Rome either by train, or by bus.
If you travel by train from the airport's terminal, you can get on one every hour and the journey is 35 minutes long.
The bus line Terravision Shuttle will take you to Rome Termini and Tiburtina, in connection with the metro line A in Lepanto. Public buses Cotral offer a night service to Rome Termini and Tiburtina.
From the airport "Ciampino" to Rome
The airport of Ciampino is closer to the city, but we recommend that you take a bus to arrive to the city centre. Terravisión operates buses leaving from the airport's terminal to the station of Termini. The ticket costs 8 Euros but if you purchase it online the price is 6 Euros. You can buy it here.
Another route to arrive to the city is to travel with the public buses of Cotral bus line. They leave at 10:30, 13:00, 15:00, 17:00, 19:00, 23:45hrs, all the way to the central station of Termini in Rome.
