Sprachcaffe personally selects host families. We take into account the distance from the school (between around 15 or 30 minutes by public transport). A coordinator will always be available to resolve any questions regarding accommodation.
Our criteria in selecting families are:
The distance from home to school
The comfort level of accommodation
The availability of the family
Living with a family allows practicing Portuguese after class. Our families can be any of the following: married couples with or without children or single parents who have enough time to share with their guests. With this type of accommodation you will have the opportunity to learn about the customs and Brazilian cuisine. You will be staying in an individual room, with breakfast or half board.
