Sharing the same apartment with other international students encourages you to talk in you new language with people from various countries and to improve your communication skills.

In Playa del Carmen you can choose between a Standard and a Comfort 1 Apartment.

Standard Apartments are ideal for the budget-oriented traveler. The furniture is good but basic and includes a fully equipped kitchen and bathrooms. The apartments are self-catering and Sprachcaffe only organizes the basic cleaning.

Comfort 1 Apartments offer a better standard with regard to location, size, furnishing, equipment and even the view. The cleaning service is more frequent, usually twice a week.

In all apartments single or double rooms are available and bed linen is provided for you. You will have to bring your own towels.If you have booked a double room, we will try to match you with the 'right person' to share the room with.

This "flat-sharing" is part of our concept for communicative learning and offers you the opportunity to organize leisure activities such as excursions, theatre and cinema visits with other course participants at the same time.
