Mexican History
Historically, Mexico has much to offer the world. It was here that some of the greatest, most advanced indigenous civilizations such as the Aztecs and the Mayas, among many others, flourished. With the arrival of the Spanish, things changed drastically in this part of the world and history changed its course. Mexico saw two very different cultures intermingle and blend, first through colonial times and later when its inhabitants were finally ready to continue as a free state.
