This country, characterized and culturally enriched by its varied history is divided into 17 regions, each offering its unique features and attractions.

Spain is situated in the south-western corner of the European continent and makes up around 80% of the Iberian Peninsula. Surrounded by the Bay of Biscay in the north, by France, Andorra and the Mediterranean Sea in the east and south and by the Atlantic Ocean and Portugal in the west, Spain is also known for its Canary and Balearic Islands.

Spain has extremely interesting cities scattered all over the country, which are not only extremely interesting from a historical and cultural viewpoint, but which are also a sight to behold and highly recommended to tourists. Some of these cities include Sevilla, Valencia, Barcelona, Salamanca, Santiago, San Sebastian as well as the capital, Madrid.
