Visas for Spain
Documents Required for Visa Applications
- 4 recent passport photos attached to each application form
- Passport with a validity of at least 120 days (original and copies of the first three pages and just in case, a copy of the page on which new information has been entered).
- Documentation (originals and copies) evidencing the following:
- Student enrollment at a private or state-owned educational insitution, at which the visa applicant will study for at least three months.
- That the visa applicant possesses the financial means to pay tuition fees, accommodation fees and the return flight to his/her homeland.
- Health insurance.
- Health certificate showing visa applicant to be free of any infectious diseases, drug addictions or psychotic illnesses.
- Parental or guardian authorization is required before minors can enter Spain unaccompanied. A document explaining the purpose for the trip as well as how long the stay will be must also be attatched. (Original and copy).
Visas are to be applied for at the Spanish Embassy or Consulate in each home country, as far in advance as possible.
