Conditions

1. REGISTRATION: we recommend you to register as early as possible. You have to complete correctly the application form and deposit) 10% of the total value (50 € more for the Visa processing where applicable). As soon as we have received your application and deposit, we will send the confirmation of your registration, the invoice and the documentation for the Visa (if required). You will receive a "welcome package" and the address of your residence after having submitted the rest of the payment. The total value will have to be paid 4 weeks before your arrival.

2. CANCELLATION: The registration can be cancelled at any moment before the beginning of the course. You will be charged for the expenses of the form such that the refund of the money will be of the following way:

Cancellation up to 30 days before the beginning: 10% of the total value.
Cancellation between 15 and 29 days before the beginning: 20 % of the total value.
Cancellation between 1 and 14 days before the beginning: 35% of the total value.
In other cases, 50% of the total sum will be required. If you wish, you can take our "Assurance of Cancellation", which is equivalent to 2% of the total value. This is to be paid together with the first deposit. The rate for the issue of the documentation for the obtaining of the Visa is not refundable under any circumstance. On the other hand, in the event or circumstance beyond our control that would force us to cancel the course, the whole value of payment will be reimbursed.

4. FORMS OF PAYMANT:

With cheque
With bank transfer: the account where the money must be deposited will appear on the invoice. All the transfer fees will appear on your bill.
With credit card: prepare the following details: name and surname of the card holder, card number, company (Visa or Mastercard, expiration date. There will be a surcharge of 2% for this form of payment.
5. ASSURANCE OF HEALTH: no agent, operator or School will be considered responsible for any type of accident, ailment, disease, loss or alteration of the personal condition of the student that should can happen in any moment before or during the stay. For these reasons we recommend you that you get a health insurance.
