Basic Restaurant : 6-12 euros
Normal Restaurant: 17-22 euro
Expensive Restaurant : 22-45 euros
Hotel:
50-100 euros (double room)
As far as food is concerned, you can find lots of stops all kinds of fast food (Donner Kebab, all kinds of Bratwurst, Currywurst, etc) at a very good price. For a little more money you can also have Italian, Chinese,and Japanese, since Germany is rich in culture.
Tipping is already including in the bill, though it doesn't hurt to leave a little extra money on the table.
