In Morocco there are various types of weather, depending on the region. On the coast, the weather is warm, but on the inside, the weather is dry and continental. Towards the south, the weather is hot and dry for most of the year, with very cool nights during the months of December and January.
Do not forget that the rainy season is from November to March. In the summer, temperatures are quite high in general.
Visas are valid for three months. Visitors who want to stay longer must apply for a permit at the police station during the first fifteen days of their stay in the country. For more information on visas, check with the consulate or embassy.
When exchanging currency, the dirham can only be obtained in Morocco. The currencies should be changed only at the official exchange houses. Do not change currency on the street because it is illegal.

Upon arrival in Morocco, it is not necessary to declare to customs the following products: 200 cigarettes or 50 cigars or 400 grams. of snuff, 1 liter of spirits and one liter of wine, 50 ml. perfume.
The festivals of Muslims are governed by the lunar calendar, that is, they are marked by different phases of the moon. During the lunar month of Ramadan, Muslims fast during the day and eat after sunset. Some restaurants are closed during the day.
The Feast of Ramadan and the Feast of Sacrifice can last from 2 to 10 days, depending on the region.
