The residence in Mallorca is situated just 50 meters away from the Sprachcaffe language school, and only 100 meters away from the beach!
Language students who choose to stay at the residence will have a single or double room, in which they can relax after a long day. Double rooms can only be booked by two students travelling together.
Students will also have access to:

- Free WiFi
The residence's rooms are cleaned on a daily basis, and fresh towels are provided.
There is also a bar in the building, a lounge to relax in, and a swimming pool with sun chairs which students can use. In our Residence, students have access to a fully equipped kitchen including a separate dining room. They will get the key upon arrival.
