We organize active and cultural trips as well as individual tours for travelers from all over the world. We have sales offices in Frankfurt and Utrecht, as well as incoming offices in Mexico, Costa Rica and Cuba. For our incoming office in Playa del Carmen (Mexico) we are looking for a:
Trainee Operations Management Mexico and Central America (m/f/d)

Tasks
- Cooperation with the service providers in the target area
- Elaboration of customized offers (product planning, price calculation, preparation of offers)
- Support of our sales offices in Frankfurt and Utrecht
- Maintenance and updating of data in our booking system
- Accompanying our tour groups through Mexico and Central America
- Organization of optional leisure activities
Requirements
- Graduate (m/f/d) in economics or tourism management
- First relevant practical experience
- German language skills on native level, very good English and Spanish skills
- Experienced in traveling and interested in culture, history and nature of Mexico & Central America
- Patient, tolerant and open-minded towards new things
- You are a problem solver and are not deterred by challenges
- High motivation, ability to work in a team, confident appearance and a high degree of flexibility round off your profile
- Knowledge of Mexico and Central America is an advantage
Conditions
- Start: immediately
- Duration: 12 months
- Working hours: Full time (40 hours / week)
- Location: Playa del Carmen (Mexico)
