Internship: Marketing & Customer Relations Manager – French-Speaking Market
Sprachcaffe Languages Plus has been offering high-quality language stays for 40 years. With our headquarters based in Frankfurt am Main, Germany, Sprachcaffe now operates 30 schools in 11 countries worldwide and teaches 7 modern languages. We offer our customers:

We are currently looking for an intern to strengthen our team responsible for the French-speaking market.
Your responsibilities :
- Advising and selling to French-speaking customers
- Supporting customers during their stay
- Managing customer bookings in our internal system
- Checking payments in cooperation with our accounting department
- Handling complaints and following up on outstanding payments
- Contributing to the creation of newsletters
- Developing youth programmes
Your profile : - You enjoy working in a team while also being able to work independently and take responsibility
- You are fluent in French and have a very good level of English (German is a plus)
- You find it easy to integrate into an international team
- You have experience in sales or marketing (optional)
