Tour Leader – Mexico & Central America (m/f/x)

Sprachcaffe Reisen is one of the leading tour operators for trips to Cuba, Mexico and Central America. We organise activity and cultural tours as well as tailor-made trips for travellers from all over the world. We have sales offices in Frankfurt, Brighton, Utrecht and Toronto, as well as incoming offices in Playa del Carmen and Havana.

For our office in Playa del Carmen, we are looking for motivated young people to accompany our travel groups as Tour Leaders. You will start with a training phase where our experienced tour guides and operations team will teach you the know-how you need for the role. After that, you will travel through Mexico and Central America with our groups. You will be the main point of contact for our guests during the trip, ensure tours run smoothly, and organise optional activities on site.

• You have travel experience and enjoy working with people from different nationalities.
• You have excellent Spanish and English skills.
• You are interested in the culture, history and nature of Mexico and Central America and are willing to expand your knowledge in these areas.
• You are patient, tolerant and open to new experiences.
• You are a problem-solver and not easily discouraged by challenges.
• High motivation, team spirit, confidence and a high level of flexibility complete your profile.
• Destination knowledge of Mexico and Central America is an advantage.
• Initial relevant experience in the travel industry or another service-related sector is helpful.
