We are currently looking for a Language School Coordinator (m/f/x) in Frankfurt am Main to start as soon as possible.

This enables our participants to obtain recognised language certificates directly on site - a key advantage for university, career and personal development.

• Organisation of language courses
• Coordination of daily school operations
• Advising and supporting customers
• Preparing lesson timetables
• Managing the work schedule
• Monitoring bookings and payment processes
• Acquisition of new customers and development of the "corporate clients" segment
• Liaising with public authorities
• General administrative and operational tasks

• Varied and diverse areas of responsibility
• Interesting work in an internationally active company
• Good development opportunities in an exciting industry
• Independent and responsible work in a motivated team
• Flexible working hours

• Completed degree in tourism, languages, management or a related field
• Knowledge and experience in sales/marketing
• Very good command of English; ideally very good knowledge of an additional foreign language
• Experience abroad
• Resilience, team spirit and assertiveness
• Strong organisational skills and flexibility
• Enthusiasm for travelling and learning foreign languages

• Start date: immediately
• Working hours: full-time (40 hours / week)
• Location: Frankfurt am Main
• Salary: by agreement
