26 1. Enrolment In order for you to be admitted into the program, you must be of age and meet the relevant eligibility requirements. Please send your tentative Au Pair application to aupair@sprachcaffe.com . Sprachcaffe Languages PLUS will check your short application for suitability. If you meet the criteria for the Au Pair program, you will receive the detailed application documents via e-mail. Sprachcaffe arranges the search for a suitable host family after the return of these documents. If an Au Pair-contract is agreed upon between you and the host family, the program price will be due in full. 2. Cancellation You can withdraw from the contract at any time. In the case of cancellation, we will be charged following fees: After the receipt of the full application and successful mediation of a host family, a cancellation fee of 30% applies. After placement in a host family, the cancellation fee is 95% of the program price. For US participants Programs also apply: In the event of early termination of the program after its commencement, there is no entitlement to a free return flight. Any participant for whom a one- way flight has been arranged and who cannot make it on account of withdrawal, change of date or missing visa, must pay the cancellation or rebooking costs and / or SEVIS charge incurred. 3. Insurance In the Au Pair program each participant must be covered by health, liability and accident insurance for the duration of the stay. The insu- rance fee is not included in the program price. On request, you will receive an offer from us. 4. Rights to image and filmmaterial By agreeing to our general terms and conditions, you are accepting that Sprachcaffe Languages PLUS has the right to use any photos, video and sound recordings, which may be produced in the school. Sprachcaffe may use these materials for promotional purposes without cost implication or the need for a separate authorization from you. 5.Disclaimer While all information in this is accurate at the time of publication, the content may be subject to changes. We reserve the right to refuse admission or to dismiss any participant from the Au Pair program without any refund in the event of misconduct or unsatis- factory attendance.
