70 1. Enrolment Fill in the application form, scan it and send it to: highschools@sprachcaffe.com . After receiving the application a non-binding interview will be arranged to get to know the students personal and academic abilities. If suitable to the program the student will get a contract offer. A full application package has to be filled in. 2. Payment By acceptance into the program you receive the confirmation of the travel contract. The cost for the program consist of 3 partial invoices: 25% of the program price at time of conclusion of contract. 60% of the program price six months prior to departure. 15% of the program price 1,5 months before departure. *The payment regulations are subject to vary due to the visa applica- tion. 3. Visa After getting the visa eligibility through Sprachcaffe Languages PLUS the student is responsible for the visa application process. In case of visa refusal the student has to notify us immideately. In case of visa refusal, a full refund minus 800 GBP/AUD/NZD/CAD can only be made if the student provides the letter of refusal issued by the embassy (evidence of visa refusal is required). 5. Acceptable forms of payment By bank transfer: The relevant account number will be on the invoice. Please send us a copy of the transfer order. All bank charges will be incurred by you. By credit card: Upon your notification, the approp- riate form will be sent. It will need to be completed with the name of the credit card issuer, card number, expiry date and signature. An additional 2% credit card fee will be charged. 6. Behavior in the host country and participation of the participant The participant is responsible for the necessary identification papers, vaccination records as well as the required visa or entry documents. During the stay, the participant must respect the customs of the host country and comply with the rules of Sprachcaffe and the rules of the school. 7. Optional school choice Canada and England only offer limited places and the placement at the requested school cannot be guaranteed. In case the placement is not possible in Canada you will be enrolled at a different school within the district. In Australia and New Zealand places are subject to availability. 8. Insurance Neither agent, operator, nor the school will be held responsible in any way for any accident, illness, loss of personal effects or change in personal circumstances arising at any time prior to or during the course. We therefore strongly recommend a personal travel insurance (incl. Health, Accident, Liability, Deportation). 9. Liability Parents of minors agree that neither Sprachcaffe Languages PLUS nor the homestay shall be liable for damage or problems caused either negligently or intentionally by their children while participa- ting in trips. Parents and their children who are still minors recognize and accept the laws and the normal code of conduct of the country, which they are visiting. 10. Rights to image and filmmaterial By agreeing to our general terms and conditions, you are accepting that Sprachcaffe Languages PLUS has the right to use any photos, video and sound recordings, which may be produced in the school. These materials may be used by us for promotional purposes without cost implication or the need for a separate authorization from you. 11. Disclaimer While all information in this is accurate at the time of publication, the content may be subject to updates. We reserve the right to refuse admission or to dismiss any student from high school program without any refund in the event of misconduct or unsatisfactory attendance.
