Classes are always held from Monday to Friday. The intensive English course for academic purposes consists of 30 lessons of 45 minutes each and can be recognised as educational leave. The group size for the intensive course is a maximum of 14 people and processing fee is +350.

One-to-One Course

With individual lessons, you can choose the topics relevant to you in 10 or 20 lessons of 45 minutes together with your teacher. The minimum duration is 1 week. Optionally, another person can take part.

Exam preparation

With our courses for English certificates you can ideally prepare for the TOEFL or IELTS. The course length is 30 lessons per week, 20 lessons of Standard Course + 10 lessons of exam preparaton course. The minimum duration of the course is minimum 4 weeks and the group size is limited to a maximum of 10 students. Exam fees not included.

Our language school in Vancouver

The school is situated in the center of downtown Vancouver, with a bus stop just outside and a SkyTrain station a mere 5 minutes away. It is also only a short bus ride from Stanley Park, Vancouver's most famous viewpoint, and Robson street, the city's most popular destination for shopping and entertainment. Students can even see the beauty of the ocean and mountains from the classroom windows.

The most exciting sights in Vancouver

Lion Gate Bridge

The Lion Gate Bridge is a suspension bridge that connects North Vancouver to Vancouver. This bridge is also the city's landmark, as it has the longest span of any suspension bridge outside the USA. An absolute plus: from the bridge you have a fabulous view of the city!

Bay Beach

If you feel like hitting the beach after your classes, you should go to Bay Beach. This is one of the busiest stretches of beach in Vancouver. You can swim, soak up the sun, play volleyball, paddleboard and kayak.

Granville Island

This Vancouver island is a shopping and cultural district. You can easily reach Granville Island by mini-ferry. The biggest attraction is the Public Market, where there are many stalls with delicious food. There are also theatres and art galleries. Definitely worth a visit!

Festivals and Events in Vancouver

PuSH International Performing Arts Festival: (January - February) For 20 days, audiences are treated to a colourful mix of theatre, dance and music by international and national artists in and around Vancouver. The PuSH Festival consists of a total of 150 different performances.
Cloverdale Rodeo & Country Fair: (May) Western Canada has a long tradition of rodeo. The world's best cowboys and cowgirls show their impressive skills on their horses at the rodeo event. The Country Fair offers entertainment especially for families with go-karts, a petting zoo, country music and much more.
International Jazz Festival: (June - July) Jazz lovers will get their money's worth at this festival: With the motto "For the Love of Jazz", this festival offers high-quality concerts and promotes creative, improvised music. Outside the festival season, concerts are also held regularly at Frankie's Jazz Club.
Food Cart Festival:(August) Want to try some typical Vancouver food? The Food Cart Festival is a weekend-long opportunity to experience the culinary culture of Vancouver and beyond. The festival offers all-you-can-eat menus, cocktail and beer gardens, live music, long table dinners and much more. The highlight is the Street Food Showdown in Olympic Village, but there is an entrance fee.
Eastside Culture Crawl: (November) 25,000 visitors are attracted to the Cultural Crawl event each year to see design and craft work by over 480 artists. The festival aims to promote artists and raise public awareness of art through workshops and seminars alongside the exhibitions. The festival is free of charge.
