6 Transfer Our U20 programs offer the option to book the transfer upon request – students are in good hands from arrival to departure. Students will be picked up at the airport upon arrival and taken to their accommodation. We require full flight details at least 4 weeks before arrival. Transfer schedules vary depending on the destination, and detailed information can be found on the individual school pages. Transfer outside of the specific time frames is possible and can incur a surcharge. Students travel to and from the airport with their fellow classmates, most of whom they will be meeting for the first time. The transfer provides students with the first opportunity to make new friends. Students generally check into their accommodation in the afternoon and check out of their room in the morning on the day of departure. They may be asked to pay a key deposit, which will be returned on departure. Unaccompanied Minor Service With our Unaccompanied Minor Service (UM) parents will be informed of the name, phone number and address of the transfer-driver well before departure. Please note that we only offer Unaccompanied Minor Service if this is required by the airline. The driver is only allowed to accompany students to the check-in, not to the gate.
