From the airport to Düsseldorf
The airport is only 8 kilometers north of the city. There are two means of transport that will get you to the center of town: trains and buses.
- By train: Düsseldorf Airport is well connected to the public transport system. The airport railway station is connected to the network of German and European railways; each day about 350 trains pass through this station. A monorail train, the SkyTrain, links the station with the terminal building. Having arrived, you can take the “S-Bahn” (train) line 7 to get to the city center.
