SPRACHCAFFE Beijing operates two independent teaching locations in the central Chaoyang District: Hengxiang Mansion on Tuanjiehu South Lane and the Jintaili Residence near Hongmiao. Both centres provide a professional learning environment and are easily accessible.

Accommodation

Stay at our modern, centrally located residence-just 10 minutes from school. It's a great place to meet international students, practise your Chinese daily, and boost your confidence naturally. Enjoy shared facilities like an internet corner, TV lounge, and on-site restaurant. Breakfast and dinner are included, with lunch at the school or during excursions. Laundry facilities and room cleaning are also provided.

Residence (University Campus)

Stay in a single or double room (for joint bookings only) with a private bathroom.

Facilities include a shared kitchen, laundry, weekly cleaning service, and provided bed linen. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout.

Conveniently located just 5 minutes from public transport, the residence is 20 minutes from both Wangfujing shopping street and the Forbidden City.

You'll be accommodated in a single or double room (for joint bookings) with an ensuite bathroom, daily cleaning service, and the option for half board. Free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, and luggage storage are available for your convenience.

Bed linen and towels are provided, and a self-service laundrette is on-site.

Arriving in Beijing from the EU and LATAM

Beijing is well connected to major international hubs.

  • From the EU:

    There are direct flights from cities such as Frankfurt, Paris, London, Amsterdam, and Madrid to Beijing Capital International Airport (PEK) or Beijing Daxing International Airport (PKX). The average flight time is around 9 to 11 hours.

  • From Latin America (LATAM):

    Flights usually involve one or two stopovers, often in Europe, the United States, or the Middle East. Airlines such as Air France, Lufthansa, Emirates, and Qatar Airways offer reliable connections to Beijing. Total travel time typically ranges from 20 to 30 hours, depending on the route.

Getting around in Beijing

Beijing has an excellent public transportation system. The subway is fast, affordable, and efficient, with signage in English and Mandarin, making it ideal for exploring the city. Buses cover a comprehensive network, though it can be challenging without basic knowledge of Chinese, and payment is possible by ticket or app. Metered taxis are widely available, and apps such as DiDi, China's Uber, offer an English interface. Bike-sharing apps like Meituan and HelloBike allow for flexible travel around the city.

A public transport card, Yikatong, is recommended, as it offers convenience and discounted fares on subways and buses. In addition, we recommend booking our transfer service from the airport or train station to the school as part of your language trip, so you can arrive safely and stress-free.
