Unlock your full potential with our unique and exciting offering, Work and Study Programme, which will propel your career forward exponentially and also lead to incredible personal advancement. Tap into your potential while embracing the cultures of three diverse destinations - Spain, Malta and Germany.

Notably, this programme is designed for participants aged 18 & above, following destination-specific regulations on course duration and pre-requisites.

The key highlight of this programme is also that through the student visa, you will be able to travel freely in and across Europe, thanks to the Schengen Agreement. Therefore, you can both work, study, and also have all European destinations at your fingertips!

Programme Structure & What to Expect

Before you begin working, you'll enrol in an intensive language course at one of Sprachcaffe's partner schools in Spain, Malta, or Germany. The goal is to equip you with the practical, day-to-day language skills you'll need for your job and life abroad.

  • 20 lessons per week (standard package)
  • Focused on spoken fluency, real-world vocabulary, and workplace communication
  • Taught by experienced instructors in small, interactive classes
  • Cultural workshops and local orientation sessions to ease your transition.
  • Accommodation and local support are arranged, so you can focus on learning without stress.

This phase also helps you settle into your new country and gain confidence in both language and cultural understanding.
