At SPRACHCAFFE language trips for teenagers, you are never left on your own. Our Teamers accompany students throughout their stay and act as reliable contact persons for both teenagers and parents. Before departure, you receive all essential information about the trip and daily life on site. On location, our Teamers support activities and excursions and make sure everyone feels safe and well looked after.

Personal Support: If you feel unsure, homesick or have a question, your Teamer is always nearby to listen and help.

Parents Can Reach Us: Parents know who to contact if they have questions. In case of an emergency, a 24/7 emergency hotline is available.

Yes, Playa del Carmen is a popular and well-developed tourist destination. As in any international travel destination, students are advised to stay aware of their surroundings and follow the guidance of their Teamers.

During the Sprachcaffe programme, participants are supervised and supported by experienced staff. Students are not allowed to go out alone, and activities are organised in groups to ensure a safe and structured environment throughout the stay.
