Yes Nice is generally considered a safe destination for groups or schools. As in any larger city it is important to stay aware but with normal precautions students can explore the area comfortably and quickly feel at ease in this popular spot on the French Riviera.

There is plenty to do for young people in Nice. You start the week with a short orientation to get familiar with the city and after that groups with their own school supervision can head out to explore. In the afternoons and evenings there is a selection of activities that many groups like to book such as a guided walk along the Promenade, a visit to the Matisse Museum, an excursion to Monaco, a French crêpe cooking workshop, a visit to Gibralfaro Castle or a barbecue on the beach. In short, there is always something to experience and there are plenty of opportunities to discover the charm of the Côte d'Azur in one of the most famous cities of the French Riviera.
