To join our headquarters in Frankfurt am Main as soon as possible, we are looking for a Group Tours Coordinator International (m/f/x).
Tasks
- Organising and planning group trips
- Organising and planning group stays from all over the world at our language schools worldwide
- Communicating with our international language schools
- Working on cross-departmental projects
- Handling complaints (complaint management)
- Writing and editing content for our website
Requirements
- Completed vocational training or university degree in tourism, business, languages or a related field
- Initial practical experience in the tourism industry
- Very good English skills; additional languages are an advantage
- Experience abroad
- High level of commitment, resilience, team spirit, assertiveness and flexibility
