Key Account Manager (m/f/x) for Group Language Travel
Sprachcaffe Languages Plus is one of the leading language travel tour operators with more than 30 destinations worldwide. Within the company, our Study Tours department has become firmly established. To support this and related departments, we are looking for graduates and young professionals who want to use their skills to help ensure the long-term success of Sprachcaffe.
As a globally operating company, Sprachcaffe Reisen offers exciting roles in Germany and abroad, as well as attractive, individual development opportunities. We are currently looking for a Key Account Manager (m/f/x) for Group Language Travel to join our team as soon as possible.
Tasks
- Managing agency and customer accounts for group language trips
- Communicating with our language schools
- Preparing quotations and invoices
- Working on cross-departmental projects
- Handling reservations for language trips
- Maintaining customer relationships in Latin America, Asia, Spain, France and England
Requirements
- Completed degree in tourism, business, languages or a related field
- Initial practical experience in the tourism industry
- Very good English and Spanish skills
- Experience abroad
- High level of commitment, resilience, team spirit, assertiveness and flexibility
