To join our headquarters in Frankfurt am Main as soon as possible, we are looking for a Trainee (m/f/x) in Product Management - High School.

• Organising and planning high school stays abroad
• Providing support and guidance to customers
• Communicating with our partner organisations
• Working on cross-departmental projects
• Handling complaints (complaint management)
• Writing and editing content for our website
• Organising fairs and events

• Travel opportunities to our language schools worldwide

• Completed degree in tourism, business, languages or a related field
• Initial practical experience in the tourism industry
• Very good command of English; ideally good to very good Spanish skills
• Experience abroad, ideally having completed a high school stay yourself
• High level of commitment, resilience, team spirit, assertiveness and flexibility

• Start date: immediately
• Working hours: full-time (40 hours / week)
• Salary: by agreement
• Location: Frankfurt am Main
