To join our headquarters in Frankfurt am Main as soon as possible, we are looking for a Trainee (m/f/x) in Product Management.

• Communication with our international language schools
• Coordination of catalogue production
• Price calculation
• Organisation of language trips
• Advising customers and partner agencies
• Handling complaints (complaint management)
• Process optimisation

• Completed degree or vocational training in tourism, business, languages or a related field
• Enthusiasm for languages and other countries
• Experience abroad
• Confident command of written and spoken English
• Strong organisational skills
• Sense of responsibility and initiative
