For the earliest possible starting date at our headquarters in Frankfurt am Main, we are looking for a Customer Service Representative (m/f/x) for our language school.
Tasks
- Managing freelance teaching staff
- Supporting language students with visa matters and other administrative appointments
- Assisting international students with starting university
- Coordinating classes and managing accommodation
- Quality assurance
What sets you apart
- A completed degree in Business Administration and/or Languages (or a comparable field)
- Initial relevant practical experience, ideally at a language school or a tour operator
- Very good English skills; additional foreign languages are an advantage
- Strong teamwork skills and a confident, professional manner
