Operations Manager for Mexico, Guatemala & Belize (m/f/x)

We organise activity and cultural tours for groups as well as tailor-made programmes for individual travellers from all over the world. Our sales offices in Frankfurt, Zurich, Brighton, Utrecht and Toronto advise both tour operator partners and direct clients, while our incoming offices in the destinations ensure the smooth operation of all travel services.

For our office in Playa del Carmen, we are looking for an Operations Manager (m/f/x) responsible for our travel programmes in Mexico, Guatemala and Belize. In this role, you will be the main point of contact for both our colleagues in the sales offices and our guests during their trips.

Your responsibilities include:

• Purchasing all tourism services and negotiating with suppliers
• Designing travel programmes (cultural tours, cycling tours, hiking tours, etc.)
• Price calculations for group and private tours
• Scheduling and training tour guides
• Budget planning and payment control

Possible start date: immediately

• You have a degree in Business Administration/Economics or Tourism Management and have already gained relevant practical experience.
• You enjoy travelling and working with people from different nationalities.
• You have very good Spanish and English skills.
• You have strong destination knowledge of Mexico, Guatemala and Belize.
• High motivation, team spirit, confidence and a high level of flexibility complete your profile.
