Visa requirements depend on your nationality and course duration. EU and EFTA citizens can enter the UK for short stays (up to 6 months) without a visa. If you're planning a long-term course (over 6 months), or you're from outside the EU, you will likely need a Standard Visitor visa or a Student visa (Tier 4). Sprachcaffe supports your application by providing an official Letter of Acceptance and helping with required documentation.

Typical documents include proof of course payment, accommodation, return travel, health insurance, and financial means.

In the UK, whether you can work during your studies depends on your visa. Short-term visitors (studying less than 6 months) are not allowed to work.

If you apply for a long-term student visa and your course is full-time and registered with the UKVI, you may be allowed to work part-time (typically up to 20 hours per week during term time). SPRACHCAFFE can help you identify which visa option fits your goals and whether part-time work is a viable path.
