To join our headquarters in Frankfurt am Main as soon as possible, we are looking for a Customer Service Representative (m/f/x) for our language school.
What to expect
- Personnel management of freelance teachers
- Supporting language students with visa matters and other official appointments
- Assisting international students with university entry procedures
- Coordinating classes and managing accommodation
- Ensuring quality standards
What you bring
- University degree in business administration and/or languages
- Initial relevant practical experience, ideally at a language school or tour operator
- Very good English skills; additional foreign languages are an advantage
- Ability to work in a team
- A confident manner
