Product Manager High School (m/f/x)

We are looking for a Product Manager (m/f/x) for High School Programs to start as soon as possible at our headquarters in Frankfurt am Main.

• Organising and planning high school stays abroad
• Providing support and guidance to customers
• Communicating with our partner organisations
• Working on cross-departmental projects
• Writing and editing content for our website
• Organising and running fairs and preparation seminars
• Handling telephone and e-mail enquiries from interested parents
• Supporting students with their travel preparations
• Holding initial counselling sessions with future participants and their parents by phone and at fairs

• A-levels and completed vocational training or university degree - career changers are welcome
• You are outgoing and have excellent communication skills
• Initial practical experience in the tourism industry is an advantage
• Native-level German and very good English skills; additional foreign languages are a plus
• Experience abroad, ideally having completed a high school stay yourself
• High level of commitment, resilience, team spirit, assertiveness and flexibility
