Your mission as Social Media Manager at SPRACHCAFFE
As Social Media Manager, you are the voice of our brand across all relevant channels. With your feel for language, design and community, you bring our channels to life and drive reach, interaction and excitement. You work closely with content creators, design, marketing and product management to develop formats that inspire and connect people.
We produce SPRACHCAFFE language trips ourselves - with our own schools, teams and programmes on site. This gives you, as Social Media Manager, unique opportunities for authentic and exclusive content creation. You'll have direct access to our destinations, participants and staff - ideal for telling real stories, capturing spontaneous moments and making our vision tangible.
One of your most important tasks is to bring the SPRACHCAFFE experience to life externally: you convey the emotions, sense of community and magic of our trips - making our brand truly come alive and inspiring others to become part of it.
Your responsibilities
- Content strategy & editorial planning: Develop and implement a cross-channel, multilingual social media strategy tailored to our international markets
- Creative content production: Create reels, stories, posts, interviews, behind-the-scenes insights and campaigns - independently or as part of a team. You'll work closely with our colleagues and teams on site to generate real, authentic content directly from our language schools and destinations.
- Community management: Actively engage with our community, respond to messages and build genuine relationships
- Monitoring & reporting: Analyse reach, engagement and growth and derive data-based optimisation measures
- Campaign management: Plan and implement organic and paid social media campaigns
- Influencer & UGC collaborations: Build and maintain partnerships with creators and coordinate user-generated content
Requirements
- Degree or vocational training in media, communications, marketing or a related field - or a lateral entry with relevant practical experience
- Experience in storytelling and creative content production for various social media platforms
- Passion for travel, people and international topics
- Good knowledge of tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express, Meta Business Suite and more
- Strong communication skills in German and English
- A high degree of ownership, strong organisational skills and a collaborative mindset
