Accommodation Manager (m/f/x)

Sprachcaffe Reisen GmbH has been one of the leading language travel tour operators for 40 years, with more than 30 destinations worldwide. Among these, we also offer language travel to Germany: one of our 30 international language schools is located at our headquarters right in the centre of Frankfurt. Here we offer German and English courses as well as Spanish, French, Latin, Chinese and Italian for both German and international clients. For our language school in Frankfurt, we are looking for an Accommodation Manager (m/f/x) who will help shape and further develop this department.

Responsibilities
• Course planning and scheduling
• Supporting and supervising language students
• Managing host families
• Organising accommodation for language students
• Planning the leisure and activity programme
• Handling bookings from direct customers
• Updating the website
• Advising and supporting customers

Requirements
• Completed degree in tourism, languages, management or a related field
• Very good command of English; ideally very good knowledge of another foreign language
• Experience abroad
• Ability to work under pressure, team spirit and assertiveness
• Strong organisational skills and flexibility
• Enthusiasm for travelling and learning foreign languages
