From your first orientation walk through the city, Paris immediately sets the tone with world famous sights, beautiful views and an atmosphere students never forget. In the afternoons and evenings there is always something to do, such as a guided tour of the Louvre, a relaxed walk through Montmartre, a visit to the Eiffel Tower or a peaceful boat trip on the Seine. There are also delicious moments, like learning to make real French crêpes in a cooking workshop. For longer stays students can enjoy a full day excursion to the royal estate of Versailles. In short, Paris offers an unbeatable mix of culture, iconic landmarks and unforgettable experiences that are perfect for a school trip full of discoveries.

Anyone can request a group or school trip with SPRACHCAFFE, including school classes, families and groups of friends. Educational groups such as school or university students are welcome. Paris is located around 25 km from Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport, one of the busiest airports in Europe.

Paris is easily accessible from Charles de Gaulle, around 35 to 45 minutes by train, bus or taxi depending on your choice of transport. Once in the city, getting around is simple with the metro, RER trains, buses and trams connecting all major neighbourhoods and famous sights. Paris Gare du Nord is also a major international and national train hub, making it easy to arrive by train from other cities in France or neighbouring countries. Regular transport services run to well known highlights such as the Champs Elysées, the Louvre and many other attractions.

The main contact person during the trip is the designated SPRACHCAFFE group coordinator. They manage communication between the school, staff, and families at all times. SPRACHCAFFE also has an emergency phone number that is always available, day and night, so parents and teachers can reach someone immediately if needed.

If you are from the EU, students and staff need a valid passport or national ID card. Minors travelling without both parents should carry a signed parental consent form.

If you are from outside the EU, a valid passport is required and, depending on nationality, a Schengen visa may also be needed. Border control may ask for proof of accommodation, return travel, and a parental consent form for minors.
