Sales Representative (m/f/d) – Cold Calling & Appointment Setting (High School)

To strengthen our team at our headquarters in Frankfurt, we are looking for a friendly and motivated Telephone Sales Representative (m/f/d) to join us as soon as possible. In this role, you will professionally engage with prospective customers, proactively reach out to new contacts through cold calling, and schedule consultation appointments for our High School advisory team.
Your Responsibilities
- Contact families and teenagers by phone, including both existing enquiries and new prospects through cold calling.
- Provide friendly, professional, and knowledgeable support to prospective customers.
- Schedule consultation appointments for our High School advisory team.
- Maintain and update customer records in our CRM system.
- Answer initial questions about our High School programmes.
- Ensure a positive and professional first impression for future exchange students and their families.
Your profile
- You enjoy speaking with people and are confident on the phone.
- You have a friendly, engaging, and persuasive communication style.
- You are an attentive listener and can respond empathetically to the needs of families.
- You are reliable, well organised, and work in a structured manner.
- Previous experience in telesales, customer service, or sales is essential.
- You have excellent written and spoken German language skills.
