At Sprachcaffe Málaga, you start with a personalized placement test to make sure you join the course level that suits you best. You'll learn from enthusiastic, native-speaking teachers who bring each lesson to life with energy, expertise, and real-world relevance.

Answers to your questions

Yes. If you plan to stay in Málaga for more than 90 days, you can apply for a student visa that includes a work permit. This allows you to work up to 20 hours per week alongside your language course. It's a great way to gain experience and support your stay while learning Spanish.

There's always something to discover in and around Málaga! After your morning Spanish classes, your afternoons are yours to enjoy the best of southern Spain at your own pace.

Our teachers in Málaga are highly qualified professionals with decades of experience teaching Spanish as a foreign language.

  • Mª Ángeles García Medina has over 35 years of teaching experience and is a certified DELE examiner (levels A1-B2), with specialized training in didactics and pedagogy.
  • Asunción Delgado Manzanares, with 31 years of experience, holds a degree in Hispanic Philology and is accredited to examine all DELE levels.
  • Auxiliadora Duarte Casesnoves has more than 30 years of experience, with a background in Philosophy, Educational Sciences, and audiovisual teaching methods.

All our teachers receive ongoing professional development, are certified by the Instituto Cervantes, and speak Spanish and English (some also speak French). They combine pedagogical expertise with a personal, student-centered approach to ensure a high-quality learning experience.

Our team speaks several languages, including German, English, Spanish, French and Dutch. You can always ask questions or get help in a language you're comfortable with.

Málaga is located 8 km from Málaga Airport.

Málaga is easily accessible from Málaga Airport, about 20 minutes by taxi or just over an hour by bus. Once in Málaga, getting around is easy on foot, by bus, or by metro. The city is a central location for exploring other parts of the Costa del Sol. Regular buses run to popular destinations such as Marbella, Torremolinos, and other nearby attractions.

It is possible to purchase transfers from the Airport/Station to the school. One way transfer costs 30 EUR.
