Courses & School
Young people can choose between two different language courses at the language school in Barcelona. The standard Spanish course consists of 4 group lessons per day, or you can opt for the more intensive course with 6 lessons per day. The teachers are highly experienced and teach in a lively and engaging way. Before the youth trip, you will receive an online language test via email. Based on the results, you will be placed in the appropriate level, and at the end of your language course in Barcelona, you will receive a certificate with your achieved level. The lessons are interactive, the groups are small and international, and your Spanish will improve by leaps and bounds in a fun, playful way!

Our Spanish language holiday is the perfect blend of Spanish lessons and an awesome program full of social and cultural activities. Make new friends during the welcome party, quiz night, bowling, sightseeing, and tapas tasting. Barcelona is also a great place for sporty outings like football and Zumba. Additionally, you can enjoy exciting day trips such as a city walk, a visit to the Sagrada Familia, or Park Güell. Please note that some activities may incur additional costs. For those who want to make the most of the experience, we also offer a Fun Pack with an intensive activity program. This gives you twice as many activities included for a small additional fee! This way, you combine a Spanish course in Spain with an unforgettable time in Barcelona, packed with fun and adventure.

Yes, Barcelona is a relatively safe city for young people, but as with any large city, it's important to stay alert. It is a popular tourist destination, so be mindful of your personal belongings, especially in busy areas like La Rambla and the beaches. Avoid dark, quiet streets at night and stick to groups when exploring the city. During our Spanish language holiday, students are not allowed to go out alone and are always accompanied by experienced guidance.
In Barcelona, there's plenty to do and see. You can visit the famous La Sagrada Familia and Park Güell by Gaudí. The Gothic Quarter is perfect for a stroll through narrow streets. Enjoy the beaches or walk along La Rambla, a lively street filled with shops, street performers, and markets. The Camp Nou stadium is a must-see for football fans. There's also the Magic Fountain of Montjuïc, a spectacular light and water show. Museums like the Picasso Museum and the Museu Nacional d'Art de Catalunya offer a dose of culture. You can cycle through the city or take a city tour. Additionally, you can snorkel, sail, or water-ski along the coast.

Our teachers and team members speak English, as well as German, Spanish, and Catalan, so you can always communicate in the language you feel most comfortable with.
Barcelona is located just 13 km from El Prat de Llobregat Airport.
The city is easily accessible from Barcelona Airport, with a taxi ride taking around 20 minutes or 30-40 minutes by Aerobus. Once in the city, getting around is simple - either on foot or using the extensive metro, bus, and tram network. With just one ticket, you can access the entire public transport system. Barcelona also serves as a great base for exploring the rest of Catalonia, with frequent trains and buses to popular destinations like Sitges, Tarragona, and other nearby attractions.
For juniors, please purchase transfers from the airport or train station to the school. A one-way transfer costs 45 EUR.
