Who is this student summer job suitable for?

This summer job is perfect for you if you're a young, dynamic person who loves discovering new cultures and truly enjoys working with teenagers. If you're studying education, linguistics, tourism management, or a similar field and want to gain hands-on experience in a lively, international environment, then this opportunity is made for you. And if you're aiming for a career in education or youth work and want to develop your interpersonal and organisational skills, you'll benefit greatly from this role.

You're the ideal candidate if you recognise yourself in one (or more) of the following:

  1. Adventurous explorer: You love travelling, enjoy immersing yourself in new cultures, and the idea of stepping out of your comfort zone excites you. Your passion for adventure helps you share your energy and knowledge with the teenagers and make their experience unforgettable.
  2. Aspiring educator or teacher: Maybe you're studying education or planning a teaching career and are looking for ways to gain practical experience in youth supervision and programme planning. Here, you can apply educational approaches while staying creative and innovative.
  3. Strong communicator: You connect easily with others, build relationships quickly, and your open personality helps create a positive, trusting atmosphere for the teenagers.
  4. Organised planner: You have a natural talent for planning and managing events or projects and love organising things from start to finish. These skills are essential to ensure the wide range of group activities runs smoothly.
  5. Language skills: You may speak several languages-especially those spoken in the destinations. Your language skills not only support communication on site, but also help reduce potential language barriers for participants.
  6. Hands-on and responsible: You take initiative, show responsibility, and can stay calm in stressful situations. Your proactive attitude ensures challenges are handled well and the trip remains a great experience for everyone.

In this role, you'll be part of a team that creates unforgettable moments for young people and helps them broaden their horizons. This job is more than just a way to spend the summer-it's a valuable experience that can positively impact your life and the lives of the participants. Take the chance to make your summer meaningful, build international friendships, and strengthen your CV at the same time!
