Opening your home to an international student means giving them something no classroom can offer: a real glimpse into your daily life, your culture, and your world. You become a meaningful part of their story. And they become a part of yours.
Host families tell us the same thing time and again: they expected to give, and ended up receiving just as much. You'll broaden your own horizons, experience another culture first-hand, and discover just how enriching it is to share everyday family life with someone from the other side of the world. Real friendships grow from these moments. So does a deeper understanding of the world beyond your front door.
As a host family, you'll receive a monthly allowance of 300 euros.
Know someone who would make a great host family? Pass on the word. For every family you refer to us who goes on to sign a host family agreement, we'll say thank you with 100 euros.
