Pilates Retreats in Europe and North Africa: Find Your Strength

Picture a week where your back finally gets the attention it deserves. Our pilates retreats give you exactly that: for one week, you strengthen your deep core muscles with pilates and functional training, loosen what everyday life has stiffened and learn simple exercises you can keep up at home. You train in a small group of up to 15 people, guided by qualified instructors in English.

Choose your setting: the Mediterranean coast of Malta, the mountains near Málaga or the Atlantic city of Rabat.

Wherever you go, you’ll head home feeling stronger, more mobile and standing a little taller.

Small Groups

Maximum 15 participants, so your instructor sees every movement and corrects where needed.

All Levels Welcome

Beginners learn the basics properly, while experienced participants refine their technique.

Three Destinations

Malta, Spain or Morocco: one retreat, three ways to experience it.

Taught in English

Every session is held in English, connecting you with participants from all over the world.

What to Expect on Our Pilates Retreats

Each retreat week includes 25 lessons of guided practice, split into a morning and an afternoon block. At the heart of the programme is pilates for your deep core muscles, combined with functional training for your back, abdomen and whole body. Exercises for a stable, upright posture, mobilisation and stretching keep you flexible, while breathing and relaxation techniques support active recovery. The retreat is designed to strengthen and prevent, not to push you to your limits, so you leave with a routine that fits into a busy everyday life. The evenings are yours to explore, rest or share dinner with your fellow participants.
